Gordon Behind Bars: TV Review

Just when you thought Gordon Ramsay could not get any more controversial. He has gone and made a new TV series Gordon Behind Bars.

For those of you who do not know, Gordon Ramsay is a British chef and restaurateur.  He has become famous over the recent years for his cooking competition-style TV programs such as Hell’s Kitchen and Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares. In these programs Gordon is seen mocking and insulting others, but he also gives it to them straight which is a real eye opener.

In Gordon Behind Bars, Gordon goes to a prison in Brixton to teach prisoners how to cook. He wants the convicts to give something back to the prison for their time. The first episode has already shown the selected inmates do not want cooperate with Gordon and are proving to be difficult. Majority of the staff within the prison is fearful of Gordon taking on such a big task.

Over the next episodes we will see Gordon taking on his role to train up the inmates to become cooks. Will he succeed? Find out on Gordon Behind Bars on Channel 4.
