Festivals: Starting Small

The filth and madness of a music festival can be quite daunting for some people. The concept of launching crowd surfing strangers over your head, not being able to shower or use a functional toilet for days and the inability to relieve yourself from the knee deep mud is a somewhat terrifying thought. If you are one of these people, never fear. The UK is home to masses of small festivals which are perfect to ease you into the swing of things.

So, here are a few small-scale festivals that may take your fancy for 2014.
