We got all up in Made in Chelsea Lucy Watson’s grill (we couldn’t resist) and talked about her ahh..mazing figure, beauty secrets and why she won’t be a slave to fashion.
Lucy Watson exploded onto our TV screens in style on season 4 of the reality show, Made in Chelsea, love her or hate her, you gotta hand it to her, the girl sure knows how to dress.
On MIC, your trademark style is always polished but relaxed, how would you describe your perfect date outfit?
“I don’t like to look like I’m trying too hard, I will make sure I do my hair and make up well and then wear something casual yet sexy, such as a smart top, jeans and heeled boots.”
We love your fresh make up look and skin, what are the beauty products that you swear by?
“I religiously take off my make up before bed and tend not to wear too much face make up, (foundation) just concealer in the key areas. I love Mac and recently have got in to new id products.”
Who were your fashion icons and influences when you were growing up?
“I love Mary Kate Olsen’s unique and her carefree style.”
Monochrome checks are just one of the major trends this season, which Spring/Summer ’13 trends will you be trying out?
“I try not to blindly follow trends just because they’re in fashion, I stick to what suits me, but I am going to try and be a bit more feminine maybe with some floral prints or pastel colours.”
Your figure was the envy of every female MIC fan; can you share your secret with us of how you stay in such great shape?
“I don’t deprive myself of any foods but I only eat fish and tend to stick to three meals a day.”
What high street shops are your heroes?
“I love Zara and dabble in Topshop.”
Your signature hairstyle is your ultra silky brunette locks but would you ever consider dyeing your hair to another colour?
“I used to be blonde but my hair was in bad condition as a result of the bleaching. I’m going to stick as natural as possible although at the moment my hair is dyed a lot darker than my natural golden colour, I may go back to that for summer.”
Finally in the next season of MIC will we be seeing a different side to your style?
“I always like to try out new things so yes, each day is different.”
