Summer has finally come to an end, and now we have to enjoy the next two seasons ahead of us! Whatever fashion trend you’re looking to work this season and the next, I have found some high street brand must have fashion trends to bring you the essential latest fashion to your AW13 wardrobe.
1). Capes has become a fashion must for the AW season. They are always a key essential to wear during the winter times and a perfect throw on jacket for the autumn season.
2). Fur is hitting the catwalks again this season, so ladies bring out your furry hats and scarves, you’ll need them again! I love the furry scarves, as I can just pop it on my favourite winter coats to give it a new look, and also with my oversized jumpers.
3). It’s all about the colour for the next two seasons, on the catwalk collections there has been some shots of bright and bold colours. Go for a new bold jacket or a bright coat and stand out from the crowd. Red has mostly been seen on the catwalk collections, so you will be the focus from the crowd. Wear a pair of daring red standout boots, or a red midi dress for an evening meal.
4). Chunky boots are hitting the seasons again this year, so if you’re lucky enough to have brought a few pairs last year, get them booties back out again. They are must haves for the winter months, chunky boots are a it goes with anything staple. Wear your oversized sweaters and favourite pair of jeans with a pair of ‘cool girl footwear’ this Autumn/Winter.
5). That Topshop coat! I have seen this coat everywhere on the internet, and it is selling out fast! Now I can see why. It has become the must have fall 2013 coat from the ready-to-wear collection. This long coat has a great fit, and you can wear them with your favourite dress or ankle graze jeans or why not pair the coat with some rolled up jeans. It’s a great investment that will see you through the seasons.
6). Yep that’s right! Wet look leggings are this season’s revival again. The fashion-forward essential look gives of a cool rocky vibe look. You’ll be surprised to know just how many things you can wear with a pair of black wet look leggings. It’s an ultimate must buy! Wear with your favourite leather jacket, a burgundy sweater and some chunky plimsolls.
