No World for Us is the latest EP by the up-and-coming UK band, Verses. The four – track mini – album offers a sound that could quite easily stand next to the modern day giants, Young Guns, You Me at Six or Kids in Glass Houses on any CD shelf.

Clearly the old saying of let’s leave the best ‘til last came into play when choosing the track listing as the closing gambit, ‘Wait Forever’ is by far the best song on the EP. Giving us a catchy chorus that belongs on sell – out stages, it is a tune that has crowd – pleaser written all over it and will undoubtedly be stuck in your head for days.

Although it is fair to say that Verses are still a relatively new band and therefore, still have to develop their own sound further, the EP proves that this won’t be too difficult to achieve.

If No World for Us is anything to go by, the future is looking bright for the Briton based band.
